When you arrive in Kiev International Airport, you will have to clear customs before transferring to the domestic terminal to check in for the rest of your journey. In Kiev the domestic terminal is located in the same building, where you can check in for your flight to Dunedin.
If a group of students are arriving, University will make the arrangements of transportation to Lugansk. It is advisable to book all flights as soon as possible because the beginning of the academic year is a busy time to travel in Ukraine.
It is very important to book domestic flights at the same time as international bookings are made.
Once you know your arrival time at Kiev airport, if you wish to be met and transported to your accommodation, then inform to us early as possible.
