Arrival to Ukraine
We are advising the students to come to Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk orKiev international airport, it is convenient for students. The flights which are flying to Donetsk or Dnipropetrovsk is Turkish airways, Ukraine international airlines, Aeroswift, Aeroflot, KLM, Lufthansa, Air-France, Austrian Airlines and Don-bass Airways.
When you arrive in Donetsk or Dnipropetrovsk International Airport, you will have to clear customs and immigration. If a group of students are arriving, University will make the arrangements for transportation. It is advisable to book all flights as soon as possible because the beginning of the academic year is a busy time to travel in Ukraine. Once you know your arrival time at Donetsk or Dnipropetrovsk airport, if you wish to be met and transported to your accommodation then inform us as earlier as possible.
Students who got their Ukraine visa have to inform us their arrival details so that our University representative can receive the students in the Donetsk or Dnipropetrovsk airport. Please send us the scan copy of the booked ticket.

The student will not be allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine if University representative is not present at the airport with the power of attorney from the University. This is because of the official Rules and Regulations of Ukrainian Immigration Department.

FACULTY OF MEDICINE
The Medical course at the Lugansk State Medical University takes six years and leads to MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MBBS. The medical faculty is founded in 1956. In the under graduate program, during six years of study the students learn different subjects from fundamental subjects disciplines to special medical subjects.
